Mazakii
Born and raised in China, Mazakii is a 22 year old artist who works in multiple mediums including digital art, illustration, photography and fashion design. Her interests include photography, music, Tibetan culture, psychology and yoga. She is fluent in three different languages (Cantonese, Chinese, English) and has traveled to fourteen different countries in Europe and Asia. She draws inspiration from designers such as John Galliano, Vivienne Westwood and Coco Chanel. Mazakii has a bachelor’s degree from the School of Art Design at the Guangdong University of Technology and has plans to study fashion design in London. Freddi C
Freddi C is originally from London, England but has made Los Angeles her home for the past seven years. Before moving to LA, she lived in NYC for eight years, where she worked as an art director for a textile design company. It was in New York that she also started painting. After exhibiting in NYC, she took a break from painting completely and moved to Los Angeles. In August of 1999, she started painting a series of paintings entitled “Flyer Miles”. Following the success of this series, she has been working full-time as an artist, graphic designer and curator. In 2002, Freddi C founded “STREETWISE,” an ongoing series dedicated to showcasing the works of Urban influenced artists in a gallery environment. Kelli Murray
Born in 1984 and raised in San Diego, CA, Kelli Murray was drawn towards a creative life at a very young age. Middle daughter of three, she was always the one found drawing, imagining, or creating in one form or another. She followed her passion as it took her to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, where she graduated in 2005. Kelli is now the head designer at Jedidiah clothing company.
She draws upon her strong illustration and design skills, and her innate sense of style, to produce a fashion line that speaks to the hearts of it’s devoted clientele. She believes in the beauty of a positive message, and incorporates the power of art and music into her graphics. Her unique style has won her a loyal following among collectors, and she continually strives to balance her primary career responsibilities with the myriad requests she receives for her paintings. Ako
AKO or “Akayo” was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. His art can be found lurking in the streets or in galleries and museums across the US, Australia and Europe. He has been working on the streets of the Bay Area since the mid 1990’s and his images continue to adorn walls, mailboxes and other surfaces around the city. He enjoys making books, stickers, taking photos, sign painting and moving about in the city’s shadows. AKO’s first book featuring his artwork is scheduled to be released in late 2008.
