Annie also rides for Sector 9 skateboards who is leading the skateboarding industry in the green movement by introducing the “bamboo series” of skate decks as well as converting their entire apparel line to organic cotton and water based inks. If you are wondering what can you do to help, simple things such as using using energy saving light bulbs, recycling, conserving water, using your own grocery bags, and eating organic/local foods are easy steps to help to save our planet. Earth Day is a great way to remind us that we should always be thinking “green” and that there are simple ways to take care of our planet.
