Check out Miss USA 2007, Rachel Smith stoked on our pastel/stripe scoops. You may know her for her infamous fall on stage at the Miss Universe contest, but hey if you can walk away from something that embarrassing and still take the crown home than you’ve got mad skills for sure. Rachel is heading to Las Vegas this week to give away her crown to the new Miss USA on NBC so be sure to tune in and check that out.
